LOS ÁNGELES, California – La actriz Angelina Jolie encontró un comprador para su mansión en la zona de Los Feliz, de acuerdo con información confirmada a People. La lujosa casa que alguna vez perteneció a Cecil B. Demille fue adquirida por la actriz en 2017, a un año de solicitar su divorcio de Brad Pitt.
De acuerdo con TMZ, “la propiedad de 0.8 hectáreas se vendió por 24.75 millones de dólares”. People destaca que la casa es parte de Laughlin Park, una zona residencial cerrada de Los Feliz.
Jolie debió comprar la propiedad luego de su sonada y tortuosa separación de Brad Pitt, para respetar el acuerdo de separación entre ambos, que marcaba que los hijos de la pareja debían mantenerse cerca del padre, quien reside en el barrio de Hollywood Hills en Los Ángeles, a poco más de 6 millas de distancia, destaca El País.
Sin embargo, según reportes de prensa, la actriz esperaba que sus hijos cumplieran la mayoría de edad para alejarse de su exmarido y de su ciudad natal.

Según The Hollywood Reporter, Jolie declaró en 2024: “Crecí en esta ciudad. Estoy aquí porque tengo que estarlo debido a un divorcio, pero en cuanto (mis hijos) cumplan 18 años podré marcharme.
“Cuando tienes una familia numerosa, quieres que tengan privacidad, tranquilidad y seguridad (…) Después de Los Ángeles, pasaré mucho tiempo en Camboya. Dedicaré tiempo a visitar a mis familiares, estén donde estén en el mundo”.
El País destaca que, en las 0.8 hectáreas de terreno –que ofrece vistas panorámicas a las colinas de Hollywood y al Observatorio Griffith— hay más de mil metros cuadrados de espacio habitable con el estilo Beaux Arts, en el cual destacan el gimnasio, la piscina, una bodega, casa de invitados, seis dormitorios, 10 baños completos y una garita de seguridad.
Cuenta con árboles centenarios y jardines de rosas, además de una biblioteca.
La venta de la mansión ha estado a cargo de la exclusiva inmobiliaria Sotheby’s International Realty, aunque no se menciona en el anuncio que la última propietaria haya sido la famosa actriz.
